We had an issue (user error!) but their tech support team (Marko in particular) was VERY helpful and patiently helped solve our issue. Pros I am using Amelia for niche business and wasn't sure I was going to be able to make it work for my unique needs, but after searching around for a variety of different products, it seemed like it was the closest to what I needed. Once I began set-up, there were some areas that I thought were not customizable for what I needed and I was looking for a work around. I contacted customer service and discovered they did have everything I needed and it was explained in a way a total novice to web building could understand, with pictures included. So far it's been worth every penny and I'll be happy to review again later after I've opened it to customers. Cons I find some of the customizations complicated, but this is the first website I've every tried to build, so I assume much of it is just a learning curve. I like how stable it is and how reliably it works. Support is friendly and competent, which is an important bonus. Cons Due to it having so many options and features, it's sometimes hard to find one's way around. I ended up contacting support several times to understand what's where and how to set up all that I needed. They always helped out competently and in a friendly manner. The installation was simple, the setup was even easier, and there have not been any compatibility issues with our other plugins. Pros The customer service is stellar, the implementation was a breeze, and the plugin itself is amazingly simple to implement and use. Cons There seems to be a lack of option to control the availability by opening or closing certain days or time slots, but other than that it is amazing. Cons It's not possible to eliminate time slots (although costumer service was excellent and gave me a way around the problem) for bookings that are "daily". It works like a charm! Pros Super easy to use, amazing customer service, works right out of the "package". Cons Could not find anything I dislike or I would add. Cons I'd love to see the unique Zoom links populate the calendar reminders and be able to designate a time zone for a particular client when an employee books an appointment for them. July 8, 2020 5.0 Overall the plugin is great and would definitely recommend. They are constantly improving it and take suggestions from users. Pros The one thing that really impressed me was the support that they provide. It goes above and beyond my expectations and they will fix issues for you. On top of the support you get a product that works great and looks great. We implemented it on a project and it just works for us. Cons In terms of booking, what the plugin does, it does great! Pros I’ve used many booking/appointment plugins prior to Amelia and I’ve usually found them ‘hair-pulling’ frustrating for me, but Amelia does everything I need and does it smoothly.
