Very powerful booking system at a very affordable price and great customer support. Pros Amelia is packed full of features and potentially hugely scalable. I bought the developer lifetime license during Black Friday week, and because it’s quite a learning curve found I needed to contact support a few times to get up and running. Despite being their busiest time of the year, the customer service was excellent. The adviser properly read and understood my questions, and provided timely and knowledgeable help. Such a refreshing change from other software and plugin developers who either don’t respond at all or come back with scripted responses unrelated to the questions. Cons It’s a little limited in customisation options, and assumes that services are inextricably connected with employees which is a little confusing when trying to set it up for services which aren’t!
