The team at welltok has been much more responsive and helpful as time as gone on (thank you so much!!), and I feel we are nearly where we need to be in order to fully understand and optimize the product.

Pros

The customer service has become much more reliable and helpful, and that has made all the difference. I like knowing that info is de-duped as well, and having the ability to market to prospects as well as patients is wonderful.

Cons

Implementing the software was very difficult, there wasn't a linear instruction of what had to be done and when. There was no heads up on success criteria needing to be complete before a campaign is able to be analyzed, for example, when we first started. We also were told we didn't need physical addresses for patients to be uploaded into our system and then that detail changed later too. There were a lot of confusing moments in the beginning but over time the software and experience with it has improved. Also, would be great if we could get combined analysis for campaigns and touchpoints on one page. But for now they are separate.

We can create both research queries along with very specific targeted lists. Our reps have always been very helpful and we have a nice working relationship with them.

Pros

I like the fact that the queries can be as broad or as specific as you need depending on the nature of the campaign. I also like that our reps are always available to help and customize our services based on our needs.

Cons

As with many types of software, it was confusing at first to fully understand and use the tool.

I have had a great experience with the application and Welltok team! If I have a question or urgent need, my Welltok team is just a message, email or call away. They have taught me to be a better user through on-site training and through screen shares.

Pros

This is a very user friendly system. I have used this application the past 3.5 years and it has evolved to user needs and is very easy to navigate. Our favorite tool within the application is reporting. We no longer have to download information to manually calculate ROI, volumes, effectiveness, etc. It's all packaged based on our widget selections!

Cons

Sometimes there are glitches with updating my queries while applying new metrics. However, I don't think this is always within the application rather on my computer.

Pros

The email editor is incredibly easy to use - even for someone like myself who has not background in the CRM program. It was quick and easy to put together a basic template for quick and concise communications to our patients and community. Our Welltok team created an email template for our monthly Pediatrics e-newsletters, which was a huge help! This saves us even more time each month, which makes a huge difference for a busy team like ours.

Cons

The only aspect of the email editor that I would improve would be adding more fonts to the program, and allowing more control over the spacing between images and text. I would also like the ability to overlay text on the images.
