Pros Ordering system is pretty easy to use once everything is set up and the costing of recipes Cons I wish the system was able to edit more and make it more customizable. Also it would be good to have access to beverager if I'm building a recipe in foodager and vice versa. We also have multiple concepts and would be great to them connected. Review Source rH roy H. Amazing capabilities, and pretty intuitive for something this functional. It is a bit of a tedious start, but once you're up and running, it makes life SO much easier. Pros The ease of inventory (takes me 20 minutes now for the whole bar), and that I can input the orders inventories for all bars so easily and quickly. Cons I wish there was an easier way to copy an item list from a current bar and use it as the starting list for another bar. (I believe there is a way to do this, but it did not work when I tried for the last 3 bars.) Review Source WW William W. September 2, 2020 5.0 Overall Craftable has been a great tool to manage our inventory and would highly recommend to anyone. Pros The ease of use, integrations and reports are all invaluable to me. Love the order forms as well. They cover just about everything you could think of. Cons I wish there was a way for Modifiers to automatically change the serving amount/recipe when associated with a product. This is also something I could fix on the POS end, however it would take a complete overhaul. I also wish there was a way to edit Batch levels a lot more easily. Review Source RM Ray M. Setting yield on items and having them worked into your COGs is a nice touch. I've used this software to teach my management team so much about loss tracking, inventory, menu building and costing in the bar and the kitchen. The deep dive you can do on numbers in reports is a numbers nerd's dream (guilty). Item price variance reports, price change suggestions based on those reports... Like it says up top, seriously cool. Putting together costs, sewing holes in the number, ease of ordering / taking inventory. This has really saved me a lot of time and been very useful. Cons There are frequent glitches. It's accurate and fast, and I never had an issue. The inventory audit makes the calculation of COGS a breeze. Cons I would appreciate a feature that let updates the GL account permanently when changing a line item on a bill. It would save a lot of time in keeping the items up-to-date without having to go back to the items list. This includes making it easy to order, from multiple vendors, and seeing possible projections. Pros I enjoy all of the information you can extrapolate from the 'Reports' function and also the comparison graphs. Cons It seems not as easy for me to take inventory on my phone. Pros I like being able to use my phone to access product information, and that I can search and add items to orders easily. Cons I really don’t like how this program removes Interaction with my sales reps. This results in mistakes more frequently than contacting them directly. Invoices are also a mess on this program. I should be able to simply scan in my own invoices directly, and all of the mapping/approving should not require multiple days and steps to complete. Review Source MP Mike P. Pros The simplicity and user-friendliness of Craftable are really what sets it apart from competition. It makes it simple to train managers on it, and the mobile app is great as well. Pros It links to my POS system quiet well, inventory counts are super easy and there are so many different reports to use, I love how much information is has for me. I've been trying to find a better service for us to use to do inventory for over a year. Pros Being able to do inventory from the app on my phone is convenient, much more convenient at times than doing it by hand. Being able to search for certain items is also a plus but hardly anything to applaud. Cons Not being able to see what the previous inventory listed is completely ridiculous. I am able to process twice the invoices with half the A/P team. Identifying areas of opportunity is easy, Cons Not as intuitive as I would like. Software problems that were "fixed" keep reappearing. A lot of opportunity for user errors. Needs to be more air tight. Reason for choosing Craftable I bet on \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. I believed he would do whatever it takes to make us happy.
