Most of our complications are due to Toast not sending good info to Craftable Pros search functionality makes recipes easy to find. having food recipes in place makes it easy to analyze costs. Cons because we are a retail establishment, having to input pours into our retail items (like 6 pack) caused an extra unnecessary step that was confusing for our staff. because there is a one way communication with Toast, there is no central place to keep all inventory/ depletion data. It had to be kept in both systems. duplication of effort. Getting a 2-way communication with Toast would solve that. Reason for choosing Craftable not sure. wasn't there Review Source AC Anthony C. Reporting could be slightly improved" September 1, 2020 4.0 Pros We love the ease of counting inventory in the system! Also the invoice processing experience has been great. Cons 1\. We are a public company and we REALLY need to have a Service Auditors Report (SOC 1) otherwise we will not be able to continue to use this system in 2021. Is this something you can add? 2. For inventory counting there is a lot of prep work we have to do outside of the system I wish it would offer this inside the system. I'm very happy with the features it has now, but I see a lot more potential too. Pros Lots of features and new functions being added all the time. Also being web-based is nice to allow many people on the team to use from home, etc. Cons Some features are silly, or not really helpful for a restaurant. Adding new vendors and items can be clunky. Cons Some of the features are either not available or may be organizations don't understand the way it works may be because they compare it literally with other products.
