"Reflecting on Mirro"

**Pros:** I really like its Kudos feature allowing for a positive work environments within the office. I find the design easy to use.

**Cons:** Initially when we started using this application it was difficult for me to navigate across different sections.

"Great team management software"

**Pros:** Easy to use, I have all my employee information in one place, I don't have to ask someone how many vacation days I have or which team does a person belong to.

**Cons:** not very straightforward approach to OKRs and team goals setup.
