Pros I like the kudos feature the most. It gives employees a place to talk about their experiences with coworkers, to thank them and to point out their strengths. Cons I think it should be more obvious on each one's profile which kudos is given and which one is received. Also awarding co-workers with recognition. Pros Easy to find team members, learn roles and hierarchy, and award and recognise co-workers. Cons Could be simplified, lots of features - I can't remember onboarding - pretty much use it like LinkedIn to look up employee's roles and employee map. Sure there's lots more to it but struggle to make full use of program as I only use mirro randomly - when needing to look up employees or reward employees. That's the only reason I go to mirro... Pros The most useful feature on Mirro for our company, is the Leave&Attendance section. It offers us a very easy way for our employees to request days off and also keep track of all the holidays/free days left for each person. It is a lot easier to plan a vacay because I can see the period that my colleagues chose for their vacay and I can plan mine by this info. Pros It is easy to use and I love Mirro features. I really enjoy the Kudos and I think it is a fun way to encourage someone. Cons It is perfect the way it is for my needs. But I am happily waiting for new updates every time.
