I've been using ZoomSphere for 7 years now, it's by far the best tool for social media management in terms of UX, available tools and customer support.

Cons

Although for a small agency it costs more than other local available solutions, their pricing gets better as you enroll more clients.

I’ve been using ZoomSphere for two years now, and honestly, I can’t imagine handling my workload without it. As a content creator in an agency, juggling multiple social media accounts across different platforms can get chaotic, but this tool makes everything so much easier. It’s super intuitive and saves me loads of time. The customer support deserves a shoutout, they’re always quick to help and super friendly whenever I need assistance.

Social media management can be so overwhelming, but ZoomSphere keeps me sane. I love that I can track everything – from campaign performance to team tasks – without switching between tools. The competitor analysis is a huge bonus too. One suggestion? A bit more customization for reports would be great. But even as it is, I’m super happy with it. It’s made my job so much easier!

What I found impressive about ZoomSphere is its complete features and easy to navigate even if you handle many social media accounts. Some of the more prominent features include easy scheduling, and astonishingly helpful analytics for enhancing content strategies.

Cons

All in all, ZoomSphere contemplates a rich assortment of tools; I was able to envision a slight point of considerably steeper incline in the learning curve for newcomers, all thanks to the multiplicity of employed options. But when you become used to it, the platform becomes very effective as well as financially fulfilling to operate.

ZoomSphere was the first tool I ever used for content management. At the time, I thought it had a few bugs. However, after working with various other tools like Kontentino, Later, and Buffer, I truly understood what bugs meant. ZoomSphere has always been, and still is, the best software among them all. I wholeheartedly recommend it—10/10!

\- The ultimate calendar for managing multiple social media profiles and viewing diverse content formats. - Intuitive and user-friendly software designed for efficiency. - Exceptional customer support—fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. - A customer-focused team that listens to feedback and consistently delivers new features to simplify social media management. When you try ZoomSphere, you will never want to change to another tool. They have improved a lot in the last few years. Kudos to the team :)

I was using ZoomSphere as a user responsible for marketing dpt. My daily rutine with ZoomSphere was to check and confirm all social network activities delivered from media agency to us.

Pros

Zoom Sphere is user friendly SW where no guide is needed. Everything is clear and really easy to use. It can work on every platform, so you don´t need to be worry if you´re on the phone or on your laptop. I used ZS as a user, who needed to see and confirm all company social networks posts and for this was ZS one of the best.

Cons

The only think to improve, was when video post with sponsoring has been planned, it was not possible to confirm, because it would cause immediate sharing regardless the planned time & date.
