Pros
I really like working on posting/scheduling calendars. There are very nice options for collaboration and approval processes with clients.
UI is well done, easy to use, easier than Facebook UI. The greatest advantage is the ability to plan the posts for future.
This product is clear to use by all workers, well-arranged, good communication with Zoomsphere itself which make platform better system for us users.
Cons
Calendars can sometimes look a little bit too messy if you have more posts in one day and you have to scroll down the page.
Sometimes there are connection failures, otherwise nothing.
Nothing special, probably an issue with loading videos but that can depend on our own net signal.

"convenient for SMM"
Overall: good if you have a good number of clients
Pros: I'm a social media manager as well as a part-time job. I've constantly searched for the best tool for my social media management. Especially if your handling more clients. Using this app you can easily manage accounts easily
Cons: it's a paid website, They have only 2 weeks free trial then after that you'll have to pay
"Zoomsphere is the best"
Overall: With Zoomsphere, we are able to schedule multiple posts per profile per day and handle nearly 60 private messages plus dozens of comments in one single day during the campaign. It also helps us in tenders, when we use comparisons with the competition.
Pros: Most of the time we use Zoomsphere for post planning, editing of already planned posts, comparison with competitors, looking for statistics for both monthly reports and annual overall evaluations and last but not least for communication with Facebook users including cooperation with the client.
Cons: In Zoomsphere, we also see small imperfections or rather say opportunities for improvement, such as automatic Instagram publication. Furthermore, we would certainly appreciate some Influencer module that would help us find influencers. Possibly we would appreciate the evaluation of the already published post and the subsequent recommendations for promotion.

Overall: ZoomSphere is a fantastic tool for managing different stages of social media content. Especially helpful for remotely based teams. It helps me organize my work and ensure I stay on top of client requests and maintain a clear channel for feedback.
Pros: As an external freelancer (for a large marketing agency) ZoomSphere helps eliminate confusing email communication and puts requests all one place. My client can add a mini brief to each post request and I just jump in to write copy on my own time. I like how content is arrange in an easy to understand calendar format and color coding posts help me identify which approval stage each post is in.
Cons: Sometimes tagging another page in post copy is not easy. ZoomSphere can’t always find the right page and I have to go to Facebook / Insta / Twitter to find the page and paste the @pagename.
"ZS review from user point of view"
Overall: I was using ZoomSphere as a user responsible for marketing dpt. My daily rutine with ZoomSphere was to check and confirm all social network activities delivered from media agency to us.
Pros: Zoom Sphere is user friendly SW where no guide is needed. Everything is clear and really easy to use. It can work on every platform, so you don´t need to be worry if you´re on the phone or on your laptop. I used ZS as a user, who needed to see and confirm all company social networks posts and for this was ZS one of the best.
Cons: The only think to improve, was when video post with sponsoring has been planned, it was not possible to confirm, because it would cause immediate sharing regardless the planned time & date.

Pros: Beside daily work features such as community management tool and content plan, it is profile insights, media monitoring and comparisions with selected brands.
Cons: Community management tool could be upgraded in order to meet expectations for daily use: * reply as personal message for Facebook comments, * managing and replying Instagram messages.
