### "Applixure usage"

1\. We have found some sofware problems and based on finds, we are start looking better/ right way to use sertain softwares. We also share findings to our software key users. 2. Integration to ServiceNow open automatically ticket in certain problems so that help us to working proactiv. We also use Applixure in our factory environment to monitoring workstation health.

Pros

1\. Easy and clear to usage. 2. Proactive way to react out our environment needs (software version management, offer a way to see how our environment working, what are main problems in our environment etc.) 3. Integration to ServiceNow

Cons

I would like to see the usability of the applications in more detail

### "Applixure makes (and helps) my day"

There is lot of cases that we reacted already beforehand, no blames from end-users. I have used software already 6 years and I'm still very satisfied. Software supplier listen clients thoughts and develop the software

Pros

First of all it was really easy to deploy, after one week you I got good overall picture from our end-user IT environment. It gave me tools to report directly to management (very understandable and visual reports) and end-users. Also I have one visual look to our IT environment health. It also gave me possibility to react before end-user knows his/her problems. Applixure is very good tool to measure own IT environment functionality (no matter are you maintain it by yourself or if it is outsourced). And when you have outsourced IT services there is neutral meters to lead outsource partner (I'm not using health reports that is done by outsource partner)

Cons

There is no features that I don't like, even price is good.

### "Easy to adapt for daily use"

I can demonstrate issues with same tool that client is using. I don't need to spend for hours to create service reports.

Pros

User Interface and it is so easy to find common analysis and data that you need in daily basis as a service provider.

Cons

Some point it would be nice to have API interface against our service management tool.

Easy to deploy, great customer service, nice UI. It gives you a peace of mind and is also very easy to deploy in a MA scerio. You instantly get a feel of the devices that you eventually need to take onboard. It also helps to make decision on which devices need to be replaced and provides data for preventive PC maintenance.

Pros

The big takeaway of Applixure is that you get a number that is comparable to the industry.

Cons

Some findings require further analysis, the product just tells you where to look. Product should support Cloud IPD's not only basic login.

Reason for choosing Applixure

Applixure has better UI and visualizations.

Assist end users with their issues with their computers. When we see issue with crashing software, low disk space or something is really easy to contact end users and fix the issue.

Pros

Easy to use, software and issue information helps for helpdesk to assist end users.

Cons

Reporting and dashboards for service provider could be better.

Pros

Applixure gave us great visibility to our end user landscape as a whole. We can easily gather version of both OS and software which help us with lifecycle management. With the tool we can see what are our biggest pain points with end users if they are suffering with some particular software or so. Tool was really easy to implement and it doesn't require heavy maintenance or such.

Cons

None at the moment. What we need, it does it well.

Pros

Metrics on the workstatios are really good and can guide you to make good estimations on what to do next and what is important.

Cons

Only cloud based option is a no go for some of our customers.
