Pros

RecruiterPM is our one-stop solution. Our firm uses the all-encompassing software for research/pipeline development through searching the database and other platforms (CareerBuilder, Resume Library, etc.) with ease, candidate management (contact information, personal notes, etc.), interview pipeline management, analytics, calendar management & scheduling automation, document management (easily send offer letters and contracts to be signed) and so much more.

Cons

I think the only integration missing with RecruiterPM at this time is with LinkedIn Recruiter. I'm able to do all my searching and pipeline management in RPM, other than LinkedIn.

I've had a wonderful experience using this. It has allowed me to keep track of candidates, track my various roles, and keep an eye on the bigger picture all at the same time.

Pros

I love that you can pull reports quarterly, monthly or year to date. I love tracking progress, so I am constantly checking on those. I also love how it allows me to keep my candidates for different roles organized and track their progress as well.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like. Any time something hasn't loaded or I've had a question, the client support has responded immediately and fixed everything very quickly.

Pros

I really like the dashboard, analytics, and the open jobs list of RecruiterPM. Life in recruiting can be a little crazy and RecruiterPM helps me stay organized. The import candidate function, candidate ranking systems and the quick insights, help me stay organize and prioritize next steps in the process. The dashboard offers a quick at-a-glance summary of my personal performance and what I need to do to hit my goals.

Cons

I haven't found any features or functions that I would list as a "con", though, I have only been using RecruiterPM for a few weeks. If I haven't found any by now, I probably won't at all.

As a researcher in the recruiting world for almost 15 yrs RecruiterPM has for myself been the most valuable resource for tracking the many searches I may be juggling at one time. It has been essential for my work on a daily basis and allows managers and recruiters insight into my day to day progress at anytime at a simple click or touch of a key. It is also very user friendly.

Pros

How easy it is to use. I learned how to navigate it in minutes.

Cons

Nothing at all comes to mind as it is so easy to use for those of us less tech savvy.

This tool has been the digital transformation tool I've been waiting for, allowing me to share crucial data at instantaneously with my cross-functional team. I always know where I'm at in-process and where I need to be moving toward.

Pros

This product has excellent metrics tracking and project management functionalities allowing me to see where I am in process with candidates and understanding what it takes to convert calls, to interviews to hires.

Cons

This product works extremely well from the outset, the more I use it the more streamlined it becomes.
