Pros Once it is presented by a professional from Barco and the client has driven it a couple of times it becomes a business necessity. Cons People have to stop and change direction and embrace this technology. This is not a problem for pioneers and early adopters. It is a problem for skeptics as usual for any new tech. " January 27, 2022 5.0 We have had nothing but positive feedback from our UserBase. They were already used to using the ClickShares in the past. The CS Series just added functionality that was well received. Pros The system is easy to set up. And easy to use. We love the fact that you can use the software but are still able to use the buttons as well. User Training was very easy and adoption high due to the familiarity. Cons Haven't found much to dislike yet. Would like to see more detailed analytics with the reporting tools when the systems are added to the ClickShare XMS Cloud like meeting room details. Auto updates are also a plus. Pros Software is easy to use and easy to load. one click button works well. The updated software that now allows the USB speaker to share audio for VC and for shared videos makes it simple. I don't have to have two separate audio systems anymore. Cons The connection of the unit is not always instant. Sometimes I have to take the button out and reinstall it to get the unit to fully connect. Make sure that you have the most recent software or there may be issues. Pros Clickshare is the only software we found that will work on all our operating system platforms AND support our various USB devices (cameras, microphones, etc) deployed throughout our meeting rooms. Cons To fully integrate the system onto our network there was quite a bit of work involved. But this is to be expected of a system with a higher level of sophistication and feature set.
