Nella fase start up posso dire è stata positiva, soprattutto quando si gestiscono pochi clienti. Tuttavia con l'aumentare del lavoro, questo software risulta essere del tutto inadeguato

Pros

Apparentemente meno costoso degli altri, ciò deriva dal fatto che nei primi 3 anni, diversi applicativi sono in omaggio. Usciti fuori dal periodo start up, viene fuori il vero prezzo. Tuttavia dal punto di vista economico per il momento rimane conveniente.

Cons

Il software da problemi! I blocchi sono quotidiani, per non parlare dei rallentamenti, vero è che il software è già lento di suo, ma alle volte diventa ingestibile. Ad esempio per passare da un applicativo all'altro possono essere necessari anche due minuti. Per problemi tecnici ho dovuto richiedere nel corso dell'anno più di 50 richiesta, senza contare le volte che ho desistito. L'assistenza fornisce risposte celeri, tuttavia i problemi permangono, pertanto è necessario richiedere continuamente assistenza sempre per le stesse cose. Insomma con tutte le scadenza che abbiamo questo software sicuramente non aiuta, anzi peggiora la qualità lavorativa

Pros

Mi piace la semplicità di questo software oltre al fatto che ha un costo molto più basso rispetto ai concorrenti. Certo non è un software integrato di contabilità ma è un ottimo strumento per le aziende piccole per tenere la contabilità, per gestire la tesoreria e l'Iva.

Cons

Il servizio clienti non è sempre reattivo nel rispondere a nostri dubbi / richieste.

Contabilità GB è un software di contabilità semplice e intuitivo che può essere utilizzato da aziende di tutte le dimensioni, dai piccoli commercianti alle grandi imprese. È un'ottima scelta per le aziende che cercano un software di contabilità che sia facile da usare e che non richieda una grande conoscenza della contabilità. Non lo conoscevo ma quando lo hanno proposto in azienda ho sempre ritenuto fosse la migliore soluzione.

Cons

Contabilità GB offre un certo grado di personalizzazione, ma è meno personalizzabile di altri software di contabilità. Contabilità GB non offre alcune funzionalità avanzate, come la gestione del magazzino o la contabilità analitica.

Pros

Il canone bassissimo è sicuramente il principale vantaggio del software. Permette di gestire il bilancio dell'azienda e di fare anche bilancini infra-annuali.Mi trovo molto bene e ritengo che anche l'interfaccia sia molto essenziale.

Cons

Il software, data la sua essenzialità, non è adatto ad aziende di grandi dimensioni in quanto quest'ultime richiedono analisi più approfondite.

Trovo questo software molto economico e anche efficace rispetto a quello che deve fare.Certo non aspettatevi di poter gestire contabilità di aziende di grandi dimensioni ma per piccole realtà è un buon compromesso qualità prezzo
