Tutto molto bene, i ragazzi sulla chat di assistenza sempre molto gentili e sistema ottimo

Pros

Ottimo per chi ha bisogno di un gestionale per consegne a domicilio, facile da usare e completo. Semplifica molto il lavoro di ricezione ordini. Ottimo anche per organizzare al meglio le consegne, grazie al sistema che consiglia le consegne che si possono accopiare per fare un giro.

Cons

L'unica cosa che non mi ha convinto è il fatto che non si possano modificare alcune impostazioni in autonomia ma bisogna contattare l'assistenza.

Nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene, il software è semplice da usare e ricco di funzionalità, l'assistenza clienti è eccezionale.

Pros

Per noi sono molto importanti l'integrazione con woocommerce per poter ricevere gli ordini direttamente dal sito web e quella con fattura24 che mi permette di gestire agevolmente tutta la parte riguardante la fatturazione e le anagrafiche aziendali

Cons

Vorrei poter duplicare un ordine già inserito, e mi farebbe comodo avere delle statistiche ancora più dettagliate di quelle che già sono presenti nell'applicativo

Sono un piccolo fast food di pasta fresca riceviamo ordini on line, da partner di deliveri e telefonici. Programmare le consegne e incastrare i diversi canali era un Tetris. Ora invece l’organizzazione, la traccia, la stampa chiara e il monitor di cucina ci hanno cambiato la vita

Sicuramente ha facilitato di molto la procedura dell'inserimento manuale degli ordini e il vantaggio del collegamento diretto con il nostro sito web ci permette di ricevre molti più ordini soprattto da parte di privati direttamente online.

Pros

L'inserimento dei prodotti è semplice e intuitivo, facilita moltissimo l'inserimento degli ordini, la memorizzazione dei nuovi clienti è molto facile.

Cons

Il sistema di ricerca ordini o ricerca clienti è un po' macchinoso e a volte abbiamo difficoltà a reperire contatti o ordini nello storico.
