Controlas desde la venta hasta lo que hay en tu almacén, y también te ayuda a hacer facturas electrónicas que pide el gobierno. Es una herramienta muy útil que simplifica la administración, para que no tengas que hacer todo a mano.

Pros

Es una herramienta robusta y fácil de usar, ideal para la gestión integral de pymes. Sus principales ventajas incluyen una interfaz amigable que facilita el control de inventarios, ventas, compras y facturación, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales como el CFDI. Su capacidad de automatización de procesos y la gestión de múltiples sucursales centralizan la información, ahorrando tiempo y mejorando la productividad.

Cons

La migración de datos puede ser un proceso confuso y tedioso, y la curva de aprendizaje para los nuevos usuarios puede ser pronunciada. Además, el servicio al cliente a veces tarda en responder y la falta de una plataforma en la nube puede ser un inconveniente.

En general es un sistema muy completo una vez que tienes el conocimiento y entrenamiento necesario para utilizarlo.

Pros

Una vez que tienes el conocimiento básico se vuelve sencillo uso. Mientras más indagas en sus opciones más practico es el trabajo administrativo y de contabilidad.

Cons

No es tan intuitivo como cómo un ERP que sí es más intuitivo y visual

Se puede obtener mucha información y al tener acceso a la base de datos lo que no ofrece el sistema lo podemos procesar por fuera. Muy atractivo para conocer con más detalle a la empresa

Cons

Requiere fuerte inversión en infraestructura (Servidor, Equipos PC, buena red local, etc), capacitación, implementación y mantenimiento de los sistemas
