However, I still do have issues with some of the features (or lack of features) on the app and Onde has been slow to fix these. Also some of the features or changes I would like to make, they want to charge more even though I spent a lot up front and pay an ongoing subscription fee. Pros The app shows the driver location and amount the passenger has to pay. Cons The system is not flexible to make changes to suite how we want it to be customized. And also drivers keep complaining that the code is an issue when registering. It does not provide adequate info to help the driver register with ease including top up automated instructions. Pros I am very satisfied with Onde, admin dashboard and user experience for costumers and drivers are very competitive, Onde is always innovating and improving. Cons Price is not competitive since Indriver app arrived to some cities in Mexico, We are not having business in places where indriver is popular. Onde should consider to add marketplace and connect to delivery services (we use some jungleworks products like yelo).
