Pros • Very stable app • Ride-hailing app with full functionalities • Brand customization to your local requirements • You can start the app with your localization in less than few days. Cons #The faster base of features developments based on the customer over-all priority. # I would also support the fact to have a business unite support (Marketing and operation tips) for each operation unite to understand the ride-hailing business faster. Pros I am very satisfied with Onde, admin dashboard and user experience for costumers and drivers are very competitive, Onde is always innovating and improving. Cons Price is not competitive since Indriver app arrived to some cities in Mexico, We are not having business in places where indriver is popular. Onde should consider to add marketplace and connect to delivery services (we use some jungleworks products like yelo). However, I still do have issues with some of the features (or lack of features) on the app and Onde has been slow to fix these. Also some of the features or changes I would like to make, they want to charge more even though I spent a lot up front and pay an ongoing subscription fee. Pros The app shows the driver location and amount the passenger has to pay. Cons The system is not flexible to make changes to suite how we want it to be customized. And also drivers keep complaining that the code is an issue when registering. It does not provide adequate info to help the driver register with ease including top up automated instructions. Pros Using Onde software around 8 years and the most I like and keep me continue using it is the that th platform got almost all of needed great and useful features and tools to run/operate small and big taxi business and fkeetincluding dispatch, Web booker, company panel and passenger/driver apps , not to mention platform stability, 24/7 support, dedicated team to support in all other business channels ( ex. Marketing, analysing and developing specific features etc) Cons Well, the missing feature is already coming on the next update as I been informed which will not be missing any more ( chat, passenger to add another stop etc). Cons Las diferencias de horario, entedimos todo le tema de los controles de panel, y solucionar algunos aspectos de la región en la que nos encontramos retrasó un poco la operatividad y liberación del panel y funciones agregadas, pero en general bien, el tener una base de operadores que entiendan la plataforma es ideal sobre todo tener embajadores en américa latina. Cons I am very concerned about the set destination, in app messaging, pay by link & direct call features among others that are missing in the driver’s app and as well as editing/ changing the destination feature after the trip has started that is missing in the customer app. That improved, it will make the product more competent in the market more so in Africa. Pros We used this company for our ride share operation. The number of outages we had with ver poor communication was disgusting. Outages on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, all those critical times it would go down causing massive customer dissatisfaction and loss of revenue.
