I will continue at it until it becomes second nature. Pros Ability to organize my email and set reminders for emails I need to follow up on. I really like being a bit to set dates for follow up as I usually forget getting back to important emails. Cons It's time consuming until it becomes a habit. It's not a habit yet but it's slowly getting there and now I'm a bit stressed when I don't get the opportunity to clean my inbox. I'm happy with using LeanMail. Pros Possibility to create task in the future with a deadline in order to focus on the right things at the right time. Cons It slows down outlook from time to time and experienced some crash. Regularly outlook is blocking the add-on. Seems to create issues with the search functionality of outlook from the inbox. Pros Very easy to use and getting into. LeanMail helps me to organize my emails and keeps my inbox clean. It has completely changed the way I use Outlook and keeps down my stress levels. Cons If you use the same subject when you email several different customers, it will set the response emails with all categories. I would like the ability to remove certain columns like "mentions" for example, because it is not optimized for smal laptop screens. With the LeanMail system I can now quickly archive / delete emails that don't require an immediate response, and set priorities and commitment dates to the ones I do. Cons Hard to say really. Sometimes it glitches out and shows the emails repeated, but that goes when navigating to another folder and then back to the inbox, and to be fair it has only happened two or three times. I can not live without it now. Pros I like that I can have a clean view and an empty inbox. The absolute best part is that i can plan when to reply to an email or when I should take action on something in the future and not keep the email in my inbox.
