No geral o JobConvo se mostrou muito funcional e tornou o nosso processo interno de recrutamento e seleção muito mais organizado, o principal ponto para mim é a facilidade em publicarmos vagas e termos a opção de recompartilhá-la em outras fontes de captação parceiras.

Pros

Organização do processo seletivos de ponta a ponta, informações mostradas ao usuário de maneira fácil, completa além do sistema ser intuitivo.

Cons

Apresenta instabilidades em alguns momentos, dificultando o acesso tanto das pessoas que utilizam o sistema como parte de suas tarefas de trabalho, além do usuários (gestores), que consomem o report final. Além disso, quando você insere um candidato e coloca ele em mais de uma vaga como participante, as anotações não são transferidas como histórico.

Software flexível, que se adapta constantemente a nossas necessidades, sempre estão inovando e melhorando o produto (recentemente lançaram um novo portal para os candidatos) e são parceiros super estratégicos atendendo sempre o que precisamos sem cobrar a mais seja por melhorias ou atendimentos.

Nos últimos tempos passou por muitas instabilidades e tivemos algumas demoras no retorno dos chamados.

Minha experiência é satisfatória, porém em algumas vezes (mais do que gostaria) sentimos lentidão para uso, alguns travamentos e dificuldades para alguns candidatos se inscreverem com facilidade (relatos de feedbacks que recebemos). Hoje esse seria o maior impacto que percebemos.

Acho o recurso fácil de usar, intuitivo e sem complicações. Também possui informações explícitas, com praticidade para localizar.

Cons

Acredito que poderia melhorar no quesito extração de relatórios, sendo mais prático na busca das informações que precisamos no dia a dia, de forma simplificada. Num geral, atende bem, mas poderia melhorar em alguns poucos aspectos. Percebo também uma exposição de certo modo confuso em relação ao banco de candidatos, que poderiam ter melhor visibilidade (na busca geral, sem entrar na página específica de cada um) em relação aos perfis, vagas, regiões e afins.

Já usei diversas plataformas e definitivamente o JC não superou as expectativas. É bom, funciona, porém está aquém das expectativas minhas e de meu time. Não é prático, nem intuitivo e já tivemos diversos problemas na implantação e uso nos primeiros meses.

Porém como trabalho vagas em vários estados sinto falta de um filtro o qual conseguiria filtrar quais vagas tenho em um estado especifico por exemplo, também acredito que poderíamos ter um relatório que nos mostrasse os funis do processo, como por exemplo quantas pessoas, tenho em cada etapa isso de uma forma mais ágil

Acredito que a quantidade de erros constantes e a demora na resolução atrapalha e muito o desenvolvimento do nosso trabalho enquanto empresa. Gostamos da plataforma, mas esses pontos negativos nos incomodam. A experiência poderia ser bem melhor do que é, tendo em vista até mesmo que é um produto caro.

Cons

O site de forma recorrente fica instável, trava e alguns candidatos as vezes possuem dificuldades ao acessa-lo, o site costuma cair e etc.
