I only downloaded it because I purchased from an online shop for the first time and they required use of Route to track the package. I didn’t expect to like the product this much. As soon as I make a purchase, the details for the package pop up in the app. It’s so convenient because I can track multiple packages from different businesses within one app. I receive live updates regarding the packages. Also if I want any information on the content of each package I do not need to look for the source email. Everything is in one place.
