At the moment, it's the ideal solution for my goals. Pros The ease of use and setup are unmatched in my opinion, compared to other offerings on the market. Real-time multilingual translations make it easy to use and worry-free. I also appreciate the efficiency of the AI that reflects on the SEO performances and the availability and speed of support. Cons Scalability is definitely a very advantageous feature of Weglot, but it does make cost control difficult. At the moment, the cost/benefit ratio is very favourable, but I will have to reassess it as the project develops. Pros I really like the flexibility of the translations and how easy it is to modify them, track subscription usage and optimize translations. Cons I don't know if it comes directly from WeGlot, but words that aren't displayed on the pages are continually being translated, taking up part of the consumption (number of words), and I have to delete them all the time. It translated some of our pages and we find any server side issues. Other then a few translation errors for meaning, which were easily fixed by a native speaker, everything was working at least 95% We proceed for the paid plan of 3 languages and quickly exceeded our word translation allowance. There were some errors with button colors and some functionality with the paid version. Their Support Team told us we needed to White List the plugin, which caused our site to quickly crash and the pages not to load. Our site started receiving hack attacks from different locations around the world. Their support team just stopped communicating with us and have refused to close and refund us. We are now contracting a professional services to fix the errors their plugin caused on our site. Completely our fault for not having a Dev Site to try this on first, but we trusted the reviews we read and trusted in their company. We have lost thousands in revenue in the past 5 days and they are not even responding to us. Pros Easy to set up Translates pages as promised Possible opening new markets Cons Website crashed We started getting thousands of requests each hour from different IP address trying to brute force hack our website. Their support takes more then 48 hours to respond, often without offering assistance and requesting the same information again and again. Lost thousands in revenue Costing us Thousands to fix their errors Google Translate is free and less doesn't crash your site. Working together with translators in the tool works great. Cons Translation quality is similar to Google translate so you definitely need to get everything rewritten though. This means extra cost. Also, Weglot support is the worst I've experienced in SaaS. Our website was down several hours because of Weglot and the support team didn't respond at all and didn't have a clue about what was going on.
