"Customer Support & Invoicing is out of this world bad"

**Overall:** Bad customer support, can't even re-isue an invoice that was already sent out... crazy, we live in 2024.

**Pros:** Transaltion is decent but thats pretty much it, handling is normal but not great

**Cons:** Invoicing is terrible, can't even re-send an invoice. Customer focus is completely lost...

"A Very responsive company with a good product."

**Overall:** Love It. Results on website look good and translations are accurate.

**Pros:** Customer service is very quick, personable and responsive.

**Cons:** My difficulty with installing code, but that was my inexperience.
