Cons There were some technical issues at times relating to new customisation, but I think these could be overcome with careful planning and consideration of scale. I would highly recommend the LMS for smaller organisations. It would be good if there could be more AI integrations to help with reporting and keeping up with the modern technologies. Overall we had a great experience with the LMS. Pros MyPass is extremely customizable, and the team are very supportive in making the LMS your own. The system is very easy to navigate and complete the training or upload training records. Their customer support is beyond helpful, the team were available at all hours and they were very professional. Cons We had a few reporting issues where the system wasn't recording records correctly which caused us a few snowballing issues however the ease of use within the LMS I can't fault. The MyPass team configured the inbuilt ecommerce platform and integrated the solution with the exisitng website. Apart from self paced courses, we were able to leverage the online classrooms for Zoom Webinars. They brought in their technical staff right from first demo meeting and answered any questions that we had in great detail during those meetings. So never felt like we were sitting in a sales pitch, rather felt like an active discussion of trying to understand the product, teams capabilities and requirements without wasting any time. Pros MyPass LMS is a complete learning solution with range of functionalities which are critical for online learning. Our team loved the fact that it is multilingual and they can switch the platform to any new language swiftly, this helped us to increase our reach to global customers. MyPass implementation team was patient, knowledgeable and proactive, ensuring the smoothest implementation possible. Their initial hand-holding process is excellent as the implementation team goes above and beyond to ensure all the admins and the support staff are trained and well equipped to handle the product efficiently. Pros Enterprise license with exceptional pricing plan which included white labeling and advanced modules which were custom built for out business. In-built CRM was a key. Cons Initially it will take time to become fluid to use the platform and leverage all MyPass LMS's features. Even though they have an excellent on-boarding team hand-holding you in every step, it will be an uphill task to adapt for someone new to digital platform.
