Brainsfirst geeft ons de mogelijkheid inzage te krijgen in het mentale profiel van onze kandidaten, wat ons recruitment-proces sneller en persoonlijker maakt. De resultaten zijn altijd accuraat en kandidaten geven aan de spelletjes leuk te vinden.

Pros

BrainsFirst maakt het ons mogelijk om op een speelse manier inzage te krijgen in de mentale vaardigheden die onze kandidaten beheersen.

Cons

Games zijn niet voor iedereen even makkelijk onder de knie te krijgen.

De belangrijkste pluspunten van Brainfirst vind ik, dat in het profiel geen gewenste en vertrouwde antwoorden gegeven kunnen worden. Vanuit de regulieren profielen zit er bij het beantwoorden van de vragen altijd een deel wat (on)bewust gestuurd wordt. Hoe wil ik gezien worden en/of hoe denk ik dat mensen mij zien. Met de games sluit je dit geheel uit 😃.

Cons

De benoemde talenten zijn vanuit een ieders eigen perspectief uitlegbaar. Ik leg de betekenis en context uit voordat ik het profiel overhandig. Hiermee voorkom ik onduidelijkheden.

De persoonlijke toch en het feit dat ze meedenken en met mijn wensen aan de slag gaan. Je ziet het bedrijf en het product voor je neus groeien.

Cons

Het is niet makkelijk de stof eigen te worden en expertise op te bouwen.

Pros

Deze game heeft een goede wetenschappelijke basis. Daarnaast is het proces voorafgaand het inzetten van het instrument van toegevoegde waarde. Het draagt bij aan een het anders kijken naar talenten en het identificeren van talenten. Op het moment dat sollicitanten de game van Brainsfirst hebben gespeeld, ontvangen zij een rapport over hun eigen brein. Dat wordt als heel fijn ervaren door de sollicitanten. De organisatie ontvangt een soortgelijk document dat heel overzichtelijk is en goed inzicht geeft in het brein van de kandidaat ten opzichte van het profiel dat gezocht wordt. Daarnaast is het dashboard voor de organisatie overzichtelijk en goed toegankelijk.De samenwerking met Brainsfirst is prettig en ze denken goed mee met de vragen en specifieke opgaven die wij hebben.

Cons

De game vraagt bijna een uur tijd van de kandidaten. Echter krijgen zij daar wel wat voor terug en dit wordt over het algemeen als positief ervaren door de kandidaten.

Super friendly onboarding and a great tool that we are incorporating in our application workflow.

Pros

Easy to use for our people with a smart invitation system. Also people enjoyed learning more about themselves.

Cons

We noticed that some people thought it took a bit long to do the test.
