Pros

L'outil permet de faire l'appel très rapidement via envoi de mail aux présents ou plus rapide via le flash d'un QRcode. Aucun risque de faux sur l'appel ou de signature d'un étudiant A pour un étudiant B. Plus de formalité administrative à réaliser, tout remonte directement au responsable pédagogique

Cons

L'outil propose peut être la fonctionnalité mais elle ne semble pas avoir été activée. Il manque un trombi pour pouvoir identifier les étudiants.

nous gagnons en temps et en sécurisation pour les émargements et en temps pour l'analyse et le suivi de la satisfaction client

Pros

L'utilisation est très intuitive, agréable et facilitée par les tutos , la prise en main est faite en un temps record et les signataires de nos documents sont également conquis par la simplicité de la démarche à suivre pour apposer leur griffe !! La gestion de la satisfaction client est incroyablement facilitée... merci beaucoup.

la personnalisation ( images, photos ) pour les questionnaires serait top

On y gagne beaucoup de temps, toute notre équipe de formateurs, assistantes et même nos clients peuvent l'utiliser avec facilité et tout est regroupé en un seul logiciel !

Pros

Nous sommes référencé Qualiopi et Edusign a facilité toute notre démarche formation : \* les questionnaires sur la formation à envoyer en automatique par mail aux stagiaires (apprenants), \* les feuilles de présence à faire signer aux apprenants ainsi qu'à l'intervenant, \* tous les documents à envoyer suite à la formation (certificat de réalisation de formation etc...) Ce logiciel est clair et précis !

Cons

Il y a de légères petites choses à améliorer mais qui ne sont pas bloquantes dans l'utilisation de ce logiciel !

Je ne sais pas faire en sorte que la correction apparaisse sur mes questionnaires de fin de stage

Il manquerait une ou deux fonctionnalités comme la possibilité d'extraire les plannings .
