Once all is set up the way you like it to be, its a breeze to use it. I barely call for help. When i do call, i get answered right away and dont have to wait long to get things rolling. Love it! Pros adding contacts with their cards so that we dont have to always enter the same card over and over, the batch everyday is easy to follow with our system to balance, the filters are great. We needed something easy to implement, easy to use and with great tech support. We found that all with Cardknox! Cons The search feature takes a long time to load. Other than that, Cardknox is great!
