We needed something easy to implement, easy to use and with great tech support. We found that all with Cardknox! Cons The search feature takes a long time to load. Other than that, Cardknox is great! Cons I would like to see a more customizable payment portal for my clients. Once all is set up the way you like it to be, its a breeze to use it. I barely call for help. When i do call, i get answered right away and dont have to wait long to get things rolling. Love it! Pros adding contacts with their cards so that we dont have to always enter the same card over and over, the batch everyday is easy to follow with our system to balance, the filters are great. Cons Not much to dislike. Yeah, i know i can check it in the high right corner, but sometimes I forget and can mistakenly process payment for wrong SNF account. Cons I do not like that there is no ipad/iphone app. I do not like that when you search transactions they give you a 90 day window as I like to see every single transaction from existence for that card holder or card number. There support during our development process was excellent and they take a very hands-on approach to servicing our customers. Pros Cardknox handles the entire deployment and support process.
