We have been using Servme for quite some time and it has truly transformed the way we manage our reservations and floorplan. The system is very intuitive, allowing our team to work more efficiently and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests. Training new team members is quick and easy, as they adapt to the platform right away. It has become a key tool in our daily operations.

Pros

Servme is easy to use, reliable, and extremely effective in helping us stay organized. It allows us to better understand our guests, optimize our operations, and improve the overall service we provide. One of the aspects we value most is the excellent customer support — always fast, professional, and very helpful whenever we need assistance.

Cons

Overall, there is very little to point out. It would be great to see more integrations with external platforms, such as The Fork, to make the workflow even smoother.

We are very satisfied working with Servme it's been almost 2 years, easy to manage our floorplan, capacity, and provide a smooth experience to our guests. We are comfortable using it, some other tools are more complex. However, operation wise our whole team are comfortable to use Servme. Even when training our new team members, they are able to adapt to it quickly.

Pros

Servme is easy to use and manage, it's user friendly. I have tried other platforms. It depends on the size of the restaurant, for our size of the restaurant Servme is a great option. Helps us understand our guests, their preferences, and operations. They also have very fast support.

Cons

The one thing is sometimes it gets a little complicated in specific features such as in the marketing tool, editing shifts. I feel like I can't learn it alone, I'll need someone to walk me through them.

It’s so easy to organize my reservations and It’s super helpful.

Pros

"I absolutely love using ServMe for its convenience and efficiency. The ability to easily request services from a variety of providers with just a few taps on my phone is a game-changer. I appreciate how quickly I can browse through different options and find the best service provider to meet my needs. One drawback. Overall, though, the benefits of using ServMe far outweigh any minor inconveniences, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quick and reliable service solutions."

Cons

however, isthat sometimes there can be delays in the response time from providers, especially during peak hours.

We simply integrate our platform with SMS providers and the rates are provided from their side. Please note that we have released WhatsApp integration which could be a more cost effective solution and you always have unlimited and free email guest notifications to benefit from. First of all, the customer service and specially Christelle who is always available to help at anytime along with the SerVme chat team. Secondly, the easy way to use SerVme Finally, the way it facilitates reservations and access to guests data

That we cannot delete a contact and we cannot prevent a double booking at the same number, same time at different outlets
