We have been using Servme for quite some time and it has truly transformed the way we manage our reservations and floorplan. The system is very intuitive, allowing our team to work more efficiently and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests. Training new team members is quick and easy, as they adapt to the platform right away. It has become a key tool in our daily operations.

Pros

Servme is easy to use, reliable, and extremely effective in helping us stay organized. It allows us to better understand our guests, optimize our operations, and improve the overall service we provide. One of the aspects we value most is the excellent customer support — always fast, professional, and very helpful whenever we need assistance.

Cons

Overall, there is very little to point out. It would be great to see more integrations with external platforms, such as The Fork, to make the workflow even smoother.

### "A comfortable and user friendly system"

We are very satisfied working with Servme it's been almost 2 years, easy to manage our floorplan, capacity, and provide a smooth experience to our guests. We are comfortable using it, some other tools are more complex. However, operation wise our whole team are comfortable to use Servme. Even when training our new team members, they are able to adapt to it quickly.

Pros

Servme is easy to use and manage, it's user friendly. I have tried other platforms. It depends on the size of the restaurant, for our size of the restaurant Servme is a great option. Helps us understand our guests, their preferences, and operations. They also have very fast support.

Cons

The one thing is sometimes it gets a little complicated in specific features such as in the marketing tool, editing shifts. I feel like I can't learn it alone, I'll need someone to walk me through them.

It’s so easy to organize my reservations and It’s super helpful.

"I absolutely love using ServMe for its convenience and efficiency. The ability to easily request services from a variety of providers with just a few taps on my phone is a game-changer. I appreciate how quickly I can browse through different options and find the best service provider to meet my needs. One drawback. Overall, though, the benefits of using ServMe far outweigh any minor inconveniences, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quick and reliable service solutions."

The feature of personalized guest tags and the way we can create special events and can promote them through the online widget links to highlight the venue happening to our potential customers

The integration with the MICROS is a great feature that we see in Servme which can be a great tool to get the accurate guest history as we were not able to do it in our property due to various technical issues at both ends in the past but would be happy if we can get it done now at the earliest

### "Effective and Efficient Reservation System"

We have 3 separate levels in our Restaurant and we had to stop our online reservations in the past as the guests can make bookings but they do not have the option to specify which area they wish to book. From the last update and discussion with the team, we had already resolved this issue and they now have the option online for us to customize our profile and add a disclaimer stating we have 3 separate levels. After the changes on our online profile, we now get information about where the guests wish to make the booking and helped us to book them at the correct level. This was just one of the requests we asked the team for assistance and they helped us to resolve it. Overall, we are happy with them and how they give special attention to our venue requirements.

Pros

We've been using the system for more than 4yrs now and we can say that it is user-friendly, accessible anywhere and anytime, with a great support team.User-friendly in the sense that you can easily add a booking without clicking a lot of things on the screen which saves us time to accept another booking. The system also helped us create campaigns and directly share them using our database in the same system.The system can also be downloaded on your tablet, computer, and most especially on your mobile phones which is really handy if in case we have to make some simple amendments to some of the bookings outside the venue.Lastly, their team replies really fast whenever we require support and keeps us updated with new features of the system.

Cons

Very minimal requests from time to time in relation to the personalization of the system but not so much required as the system itself is already enough for our venue to operate.

What is also good with SerVme is it evolves with the industry, staying ahead of trends and offering new features. In terms of support, if there are any issues with the platform or if there are things we're unsure about, the company's support team is accessible for assistance.

Cons

The Instagram BOOK NOW button would be a great help for our restaurants and bars. Also the emailer system can be improved with more templates, flexibility on sending emails, scheduling and filtering the audience.

Also, SerVme is continuously improving, the support team is always ready to assist and solve issues in a fast and efficient manner.

SerVme is user-friendly and makes it easy to train new employees, enter reservations, track them, and follow up on any client-related data we might need.

Cons

If I have to write 1 con it would be the glitching from time to time which I think has more to do with the unstable internet connection
