The experience is always a bit tricky, the customization of the CSS takes hours, and almost never it comes as you would like to. Also their support is a bit messy and slow. Pros if you need to manage events like a pro, this is one of the best options in wordpress, it covers any aspect. Basically you could create your own Event Brite. Cons Like many tools thought for professional use, it has so many features that it becomes very difficult and bulky for users that need more basic stuff. They also have a light free version, but that is sometimes to basic.
