The product has enhanced our customer experience in many ways. Cons Any lack of functionality on their systems are due to limitations of ours. Pros It is easy to use and has some good reporting features. Cons Getting someone signed up as a user has proven to be a challenge. Subsequently we participated in the implementation and designing the required funds flow. During this process we have found KyckGlobal to be on the cutting edge related to "Faster Payments". KyckGlobal is technically strong and very astute at Treasury Management. The staff at KyckGlobal is able to quickly identify a problem and design a unique solution meeting their customer's requirements. It meets our exact needs and we couldn't be happier with their responsiveness. Pros KyckGlobal makes it extremely easy to manage payments to freelancers. The features are straightforward and the service support is top notch. The generation of 1099s is a significant value add, taking that burden off of our operations. Cons Outside of setting up payments the additional tools and reporting could be a little more robust, but overall the software consistently meets our needs.
