Ыupport team delved into my case and helped me set up my email infrastructure so that I would not get to spam or promotions again. Pros The results it brings. We managed to double open and CR rates for maketing emails that we are sending to our leads. Support team is always ready to give a helping hand and consult on any issue. Pros About the software, I’ve enjoyed that there’s not that much you need to do, it’s automated, but you really see the metrics grow. We could track a great increase in the open and reply rates. You just sign up and let it solve your deliverability issues. Pros Easy to use even without being a tech person. Understandable dashboard, and, importantly, we could see the results quite fast. June 11, 2021 5.0 The platform is intuitive and quite easy to use. Everything is shown on the dashboard. The goal for us was to improve deliverability of our email campaigns and get them out of spam and promotion folders to the inbox of the prospects. We have definitely solved our problems with Folderly. Our mailboxes are warmed up, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are reset correctly, deliverability increased so we have high open and reply rates. To mention, I appreciated the enthusiastic work of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from the customer success team. She helped with the process and was always there for us to have all the updates and questions answered. From several mailboxes our emails were going to spam due to SPF settings and poor sender score. When using Folderly, I am sure that our recipients see emails in the Inbox. The platform helped us to solve delivery pitfalls for several sales and marketing mailboxes. It analyzes technical settings of our domain and mailboxes, consequently prevents emails from going to spam. Cons No email verification feature. Their technology to "warm up" emails is unmatched. I don't know of another service out there that does it as effectively as Folderly. Cons Onboarding required some support, but that could be because we have a unique setup for email. Once it was setup, things went very smooth. It can also be very expensive at $200/user/mo, which would end up being $1400/mo for our company if we used it as we should. But we just limit to one user, and it still is still very effective. Even google support was unable to fix it. Pros After setup, spam testing is automated, and the result shows on the dashboard.Their human support was outstanding! Cons The initial setup may be a bit complex for a first-time not technical user. That being said, Folderly support mitigates that until onboarding gets completed. Reason for choosing Folderly I stayed more than an hour for each call with google support on spam but besides explaining me the issue and referring me to reading material, they were unable to fix it. There is no good or bad. It's only about the solved problem. My experience was very delightful mostly for two reasons: first - my pain point was solved smoothly and relatively fast, second - customer support team performed brilliantly as thanks to their responsiveness I was always on top of what's brewing with my issue.
