Overall: Excellent. I highly recommend. There have been many apps I have attempted to use just to find out they do not meet my needs of work well with my online shop setup. This app is simple, easy to use and saves me countless hours by sending my product feed to the different platforms I sell on.
Pros: I love this software for its flexibility and use of use. I enables my to list my product catalog on multiple selling platforms and update it at the frequency I need saving me countless hours. It simplifies placing my products into the correct categories for Google Shopping and even lets me create a feed to use for Pinterest. Customer service is excellent. When installing for the first time I did have a question, I thought I was missing something because the installation was so simple. I was able to chat and have a tech call me back in a short timeframe. I highly recommend this app. It's one of the few apps that you can install and have it up and running seamlessly in a short amount of time. Well worth the monthly cost.
Cons: I would like to see a more detailed FAQ and help section. While there are many short videos, I think the addition of a "knowledge base" will help potential users as well those currently using the app take advantage of all its features. I wish there were a few "free goodies" thrown in, for example, I am a previous user of "Sales & Orders", when you sign up for their app you receive Google Ads Credits and a few other bonuses to get you started. this is very important if you are a new online store to help you get established advertising when you are on a budget.

Pros: Setup and feed creation is simple for anyone. Support team are superb at assisting with any question and extremely knowledgeable.
Cons: software is excellent and any issues i think i have are always sorted out by the fantastic support staff.

Overall: I am so much content with the simplicity, flexibility and dynamism of the embedded features, I would rather say it is superb. Kudos to the creators.
Pros: Simple and most convenient features to be used by everyone no matter your status. Up and doing support team that assists in responding to any concern of customers. Very efficient in managing google shopping campaign. Very dynamic and flexible features.
Cons: In fact nothing to say here because all issues are immediately addressed when the team is been consulted. 100% satisfactory.

Overall: The after sales service is exceptional
Pros: The products enables my products to be fed to key channels such as google and facebook.
Cons: I'm not tech savvy so rely on the after sales service. Having said that my experience with the team has been outstanding.
