Excellent features for fine-grained control over my Google Shopping campaigns like labels. Every time I've run into problems their customer support has been excellent and quickly helped me solve my issues Cons The old user interface was a bit slow, but they have just released a new one which is great. I highly recommend. There have been many apps I have attempted to use just to find out they do not meet my needs of work well with my online shop setup. This app is simple, easy to use and saves me countless hours by sending my product feed to the different platforms I sell on. Pros I love this software for its flexibility and use of use. I enables my to list my product catalog on multiple selling platforms and update it at the frequency I need saving me countless hours. It simplifies placing my products into the correct categories for Google Shopping and even lets me create a feed to use for Pinterest. Customer service is excellent. When installing for the first time I did have a question, I thought I was missing something because the installation was so simple. I was able to chat and have a tech call me back in a short timeframe. I highly recommend this app. It's one of the few apps that you can install and have it up and running seamlessly in a short amount of time. Well worth the monthly cost. Cons I would like to see a more detailed FAQ and help section. While there are many short videos, I think the addition of a "knowledge base" will help potential users as well those currently using the app take advantage of all its features. I wish there were a few "free goodies" thrown in, for example, I am a previous user of "Sales & Orders", when you sign up for their app you receive Google Ads Credits and a few other bonuses to get you started. this is very important if you are a new online store to help you get established advertising when you are on a budget. Their campaign management has also helped us really get to grips with the PPC strategies. Pros The product is straight forward. I can get it set up in minutes and my products are easily shown across multiple channels. beyond this, the team at ShoppingFeeder is always helpful and assist me in a timely manner.
