I enjoyed / enjoy working with WebinarGeek a lot. Helpdesk is also very fast in responding if you ever should have issues.

Pros

I found the platform exceptionally intuitive to navigate—even as someone who doesn’t consider themselves particularly tech-savvy. What impressed me most was that, even after converting my webinar into an evergreen format, I was still able to log in and interact with participants in real time through the chat function. This interactive capability is a clear differentiator, as it is not commonly available on other platforms, and I consider it excellent value for money. While I did not need to share files and therefore cannot comment on that functionality, my overall experience was seamless. The connection remained stable at all times, with no interruptions or audio issues, and I never encountered any security concerns.

Cons

At the time when I was using it, they didn't have the integration of a countdown feature for my website. But I understand that they have now updated that.

Over the past period, I’ve hosted several webinars using WebinarGeek, and I’m very pleased with the platform. What stands out immediately is the ease of use—from setting up your webinar to analyzing results afterward, everything is clear and intuitive. The interactive features like polls, calls-to-action, and live chat help keep viewers engaged. The integration with email flows and the automatic sending of replay links work seamlessly. In my opinion, this platform is ideal for both marketing and knowledge-sharing purposes.

Pros

Ease of use and intuitive design of the platform. Everything works perfectly. All functionality you'd expect, like downloads and viewers list are present.

Cons

The possibilities with in the platform are plenty, which is a bit scare when using it for the first time.

While we needed it for our live webinars, it was a great experience and very user + audience friendly.

Pros

We enjoyed the experience for the user - my audience particularly liked that when I would do live videos and the interactive elements that would pop up, allowing them to interact with me live.

Cons

Nothing, it is a great platform, it just doesn't meet our needs anymore.

Ik vind WebinarGeek heel toegankelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk. Ik had nog nooit een online webinar gemaakt of gegeven en toch is het me goed gelukt. Het feit dat de e-mail adressen van degenen die zich aanmelden verzameld worden, was voor mij ook ideaal aangezien ik nog een e-mail lijst aan het opbouwen ben.

Pros

It is an easy to use tool for webinars, it can be branded with your own house style. The quality of the webinars is high, and the possibilities are great.

Cons

When we used it, the recommended browser was chrome. When you have external speakers it is a bit annoying you have to tell them which browser to use, instead of their preferred one. But perhaps that is not the case anymore.

I'm sorry that the Customer Service is so slow in reaction along with the inability to assist with a refund on the auto-pay feature. Other services accomodate, but not WebinarGeek... :-(

Pros

Nice registration page, reminder pages that can be branded.

Cons

Customer Service hours are based in Europe. So be careful for real-time support if you are in US-based Time Zones! In addition, watch for the Auto-Renewal option! no refund if cancelled during the holiday when they are closed.

Das Streaming ist sehr stabil und von hoher Qualität. Wir nutzen viel Screensharing, um unsere Umgebung und unser Produkt zu zeigen. Wir sind mit der Qualität und dem Support sehr zufrieden. Wir werden sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Niederländisch betreut.

Cons

Wir integrieren MailChimp und die Einrichtung war dank der direkten Integration sehr einfach. Bisher sind keine Nachteile aufgetreten.
