"Very intuitive"

**Pros:** It is an easy to use tool for webinars, it can be branded with your own house style. The quality of the webinars is high, and the possibilities are great.

**Cons:** When we used it, the recommended browser was chrome. When you have external speakers it is a bit annoying you have to tell them which browser to use, instead of their preferred one. But perhaps that is not the case anymore.

"Solid Tech Webinar Platform-- but be careful of Customer Service & the "contract"!"

**Overall:** I'm sorry that the Customer Service is so slow in reaction along with the inability to assist with a refund on the auto-pay feature. Other services accomodate, but not WebinarGeek... :-(

**Pros:** Nice registration page, reminder pages that can be branded.

**Cons:** Customer Service hours are based in Europe. So be careful for real-time support if you are in US-based Time Zones! In addition, watch for the Auto-Renewal option! no refund if cancelled during the holiday when they are closed.
