Just great.

Pros

When you think of a feature, you can be pretty sure they have it. Compared to other webinar tools, I can really trust the tool works well. If it doesn't it's pretty sure my own fault or my internet.

Cons

Guess the interface and front-end. I am hesitant to use the registrant pages because they don't look that good. As a small company we try to look extremely professional and these pages are not in line with that.

Really good.

Pros

It's easy to use and it has all you need to create a webinar. I'm excited about de replay function we can use. The number of people that sign up for our webinars has increased much because of it! What's also nice, is that we can integrate with our tool HubSpot. We can collect so much data automatically now, instead of doing it manually. It's a huge time saver. Last, I want to give a compliment to the customer service. Every time I have a question, they help me via the live chat on their website. They respond very fast and always help me out with answers that really help me!

Cons

Nothing to dislike about the WebinarGeek software.

Very helpful company, great support. And really nice they actually listen to their customers

Pros

Very good and stable webinar software. Alot of features that work really well. We like the interaction tools the most. Our webinars are interactive and we really get to know our audience.

Cons

We like to have a assessment tool were people can make a prefilled test. We asked if something like that can be made. They where really helpful and they told us its gonna be on the request list.

Pros

Happy with the feature to copy previous webinars and emails, set up is very quick this way. Great and quick support. Embed is a great function to integrate your webinar opt-in on your own website.

Cons

Would be cool to also have the option to see the openingrates of the emails.

### "Schlechteste Performance ever"

An sich eine hübsche Plattform mit guter Bedienbarkeit. Aber die wesentlichen Standards eines Webinars fehlen dann doch. Das schlimmste ist aber die eigentliche Live-Performance. Bei Einwahl der 30 geladenen Teilnehmer ist das System im Grunde zusammengebrochen. Viele hatten keinen Ton, andere hatten weder Ton noch Bild, der Wechseln zwischen den Co-Presentern hat nicht geklappt, einige waren in einer sich permanent wiederholenden Ton-Schleife gefangen, Ein Co-Presenter flog permanent aus dem Webinar raus. Nach 35 Minuten zermürbender und perinlicher Versuche: ABBRUCH! Der Schaden, der uns aus diesem Desaster enstanden ist, liegt im mittleren vierstelligen Bereich (Rückerstattung der Gebühren). NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! Das die Probleme am Tool lagen, ließ sich einwandfrei daran feststellen, dass ein Wechsel zu Zoom einwandfreie Ergebnisse zeigte.

Upload von PDFs hat nie funktioniert, musste vorher immer alles in Bilder umwandeln nur max 2 Co-Presenter möglich Branding suboptimal keine Möglichkeit, Teilnehmer per Ton dazuzuschalten Evaluation muss man Frage für Frage einzeln vorbereiten und händisch abspielen keine Freitexteingabe bei Evaluation möglich

Good, our primary sales tool

Pros

Ease of use, the product feels 'light' and responsive. Besides that, I like the customer support, I do not have the feeling that I'm held off to protect the developers

Cons

Chat functionality can be improved, when lots of chats come in, the flow away... Plus: not visible if other chats come in when not in the chat screen \[formerly, this was the case\]

This morning I gave my third webinar, even though I only started a month ago. WebinarGeek appears to be a clear and simple program to show myself and my service in a professional way. As a starting entrepreneur I notice how after 3 webinars WebinarGeek is already a wonderful addition to my marketing and I have good sales so far, so I will definitely keep using it! I love the professional appearance of the software.

Pros

I love how I can add speaker notes to the presentation so that I never have to look at my paper. I don't even have any separate notes next to the presentation! I am also enthusiastic about the statistics. How cool to get exact insight into the registrations, viewers and viewing behavior.

Cons

The integration with Active Campaign requires some extra attention from me. The first set-up went well. I find I can use some extra help with further fine-tuning.

I use Webinargeek for hosting webinars. It's easy to use and I love the fact that it's not a large multinational. It feels like a group of (higly professional) friends, I love buying from them.

Pros

The best thing is that the interface facilitates you to step by step create your (first) webinar. This made it really easy.

Cons

In the help desk, some things are not easy to find. I would like some extra options to customize the registration page. However, this is easily solved by using the embed code on my website.

Pros

I really enjoy working with this software. It is easy to use and had the right features you would expect from a webinar software. The customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. They respond very quickly and always offer a good solution.

We gebruiken Webinargeek nu ruim een jaar. Het is een heel goed platform om webinars in te geven. Ook het instellen van de herinneringsmail en opvolgmails zijn makkelijk via dit platform in te richten. Wij zijn zeer contente gebruikers. Wij bevelen Webinargeek zeker aan!

niks, heb alleen maar goede ervaringen. Wanneer ik ergens vragen over heb dan staat de zeer snelle helpdesk gelijk paraat

I'm sorry that the Customer Service is so slow in reaction along with the inability to assist with a refund on the auto-pay feature. Other services accomodate, but not WebinarGeek... :-(

Pros

Nice registration page, reminder pages that can be branded.

Cons

Customer Service hours are based in Europe. So be careful for real-time support if you are in US-based Time Zones! In addition, watch for the Auto-Renewal option! no refund if cancelled during the holiday when they are closed.

Pros

Very easy to use the website to program and to broadcast webinars customerservice replies very quick on questions by chat and email.

Cons

I miss the option to program a live session and also plan automated sessions on the same topic at once.

For now, some solutions could be the following: Option1: use the video injection tool during the live webinar. So you can show a video for example a former webinar you've given. Option 2: to copy the live webinar. after copying it you can change the webinar type to automated. Again, what a wonderful way that webinars allow you to have a stage and share information on health problems i.e. epilepsy. Keep up the good work!

I have worked with WebinarJam vor over 5 years. Always were there quality with the broadcast. WebinarGeek provided instantly superb quality. It was literaly our first problem-free webinar. Next to that WebinarGeek offers more functionality and much better support. I can only recommend this product.

Pros

WebinarGeek is easy to set up and provides a stable and good quality broadcast. I know that this is nog common for all webinar providers. Subscrition for the users is easy and the customer experience during the webinar is great. Due to the wisely selected features and easy to use for me as presenter.

Cons

Hard to say, as you can read above I'm happy with the progression we got by switching to WebinarGeek.

Pros

Dat het een Nederlandse tool is, gebruiksvriendelijk en veel handige elementen die veel kunnen automatiseren. Zoals het versturen van Follow-up mailtjes en het toevoegen van een salespage aan het einde van een webinar.

Cons

Het zou fijn zijn als er naast een koppeling met Moneybird ook een optie zou zijn om betaalde Masterclasses of webinars direct een factuur te maken en te versturen, dit doen wij nu handmatig omdat we geen Moneybird gebruiken.

You can set it up without it. :) MoneyBird can be used to automate the invoice process of your paid webinars. Another option is to check if you tool that you use for it is available on Zapier. Lo que más me gusta de la plataforma es la inferfaz, lo fácil que es crear un webinar y configurar todos los pasos.

Cons

Lo que es vital que mejoren es que se puedan ver en pantalla a todos los ponentes durante el webinar. Actualmente solo se puede ver a uno.

Das Streaming ist sehr stabil und von hoher Qualität. Wir nutzen viel Screensharing, um unsere Umgebung und unser Produkt zu zeigen. Wir sind mit der Qualität und dem Support sehr zufrieden. Wir werden sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Niederländisch betreut.

Cons

Wir integrieren MailChimp und die Einrichtung war dank der direkten Integration sehr einfach. Bisher sind keine Nachteile aufgetreten.

With WebinarGeek we have all we need to stream professional webinars and to arrange al the other functionalities such as e-mails and evaluation forms. There is even an after-sales page to arrange follow-up meetings or so.

Pros

Webinargeek is really easy to use and to setup. There are a lot of instructions and the helpdesk answers your questions really quick. The best about this tool, is that you can arrange everything from sending your invite to send an evaluation. That makes it unnecessary to use software such as MailChimp.

Cons

The only minor thing is that adding an extra user will double your costs. Even if the other user in only looking at the subscribers for your webinar
