For clients who are based far away, it's easy to stay connected. Pros The software is easy to use and looks really good. Viewers don't need any help with the software when we host a webinar and it's easy for us to set one up. The branded e-mails look really pretty and are easy to customize. Cons Sometimes it's hard to find the right information about technical things such as sound and camera, but the support team helps a great deal. Cons The edit possibilities of the e-mails are minimum. You're not able to add another text-box or title if you want, you can only edit the existing boxes. Pros Since I didn't have any experience with building or doing webinars, it was easy to set up. The steps took you through the whole process and with just a litte effort, the webinar was ready to go. I like the Hubspot integration, so that the leads immediately appear in our CRM. Good price-quality ratio! Pros This tool is easy to use and it's nice that you can organize the invitation and follow up all by yourself. A great thing about this tool is that it does not require any software to be installed, which is the case for many other tools. Cons Because of the use from the webbrowser the connection must be good and stable if you want to give a flawless webinar with WebinarGeek. But actually this always works fine. You could limit registration on IP, email domain, or set up a password. By offering a fully customized process I am able to approach my clients with my own logo, colours and company vibe. I particularly like the service: whenever I had a question their was a quick, helpful and friendly response. Pros WebinarGeek is a super easy to use means to give, share, record and replay seminars and lectures. You can completely customize everything: from the registration proces to after sales by sending the participants various emails. Once you have given your seminar or lecture you can dowload it to offer this as a reply to your participants as a VCL file which is a much smaller file than that of a recorded powerpoint presentation. Cons The presentation you give is represented as images and not as a proper powerpoint presentation which makes using a pointer or animations en embedded video's impossible. And especially in this period, were live contact isn't possible, this is such a great way to reach a lot of people! Pros I always thought that hosting a webinar would be a challenge from a technical point of view. I couldn't be more wrong. With Webinargeek it took me less then an hour to understand and set up the webinar. The presentation that I made with Canva, was easily uploaded to Webinargeek. And I loved that you can use your own branding colors and logo in the E-mails and invitations etc. The option that really boosted the interaction during the webinar, was using polls en quizes. I chose to offer a replay for people who were not able to join me live. That was a great decision that almost doubled the total viewers! I highly recommend to use the free trial, if you want to discover if hosting webinars is the right thing for you. I discovered that I definitely want to continue to give value through webinars and getting more clients by doing so. That's why I purchased a year plan!!! Cons I haven't discovered any cons yet. Pros The biggest pro is the customization options in the platform on different levels. From the registration page to the e-mails send out. Cons Also the biggest con is that not everything is adjustable, like for example the background of text blocks in the registration page.
