### "The most reliable customer support phone system"

We've been using Numa for handling all of our customer support questions, and it has been absolutely flawless. The system is incredibly reliable—it's never failed us, even during our busiest times. One of the features we value most is the message history, which makes it easy to keep track of past conversations and provide consistent support. Numa has streamlined our customer communication and made our support process so much more efficient. Highly recommended!

Pros

It's always reliable, it responds to every incoming call and works exactly how we have trained it to work.

Cons

Doesn't work for international numbers is the only flaw I can think of but I don't know how that would work anyway with a local number they provide.

### "Better Customer Service"

Numa has overall been pretty easy to set up and easy for our employees and customers to use. The customer service is the best! We have never had to wait to get help, and they follow through to make sure everything is working perfectly!

Pros

Ace Hardware is known for it's "Customer Service". Numa has stepped up the game for us by allowing our customers to get the information they need quickly. It also has made it easier on the cashiers, they are not having to get all of the calls and answers for customers. We have the Numa app on several devices at the stores and on all of the computers, so whoever sees the message can respond. It also allows customers who are using "Local Pickup" to text the store when they have arrived.

Cons

The only thing that I don't like about Numa is having to change the time if we close early for a day. I have to change the "Time", the "Closing Message", "Open Message", "Closing Text" and "Open Text" just for one day, then go back in and do the same thing all over again the next morning to change it back. I have to do this for six stores so it would be nice just change the "Time", which would then change all of the other messages at the same time. This would allow me to just change 6 things instead of 30, two days in a row.

We have been using Numa for quite some time and its been a rewarding experience. From testing, to retesting, customizing and getting support on issues, Numa has been quite useful.

Pros

The ease of use, the ability to customize, and support.

Cons

The Search function on closed messages could use work.

Pros

It was easy to implement a new phone number that our team could use to quickly respond to clients any time of day with smart replies. The development team has been very responsive to all questions and continue to implement new features that increase the usefulness of the product. We just opened up a new location and it was easy to add a second phone # but still have our receptionist handle both locations.

Cons

At first you couldn’t make phone calls or search old messages but they have since changed that from my feedback! I no longer have any cons.

Both the software and the customer service team are top notch! It is a game changer for any restaurant!

Pros

Numa is so simple to use for both our customers and staff. It is easy to customize and update in real time. We loved it before COVID struck, but it has been a life saver since; enabling us to offer curbside pick-up and to-go ordering for our customers. I couldn't imagine doing business without Numa!

Cons

There are no down sides as I see it. It is truly a winner!

### "I don't remember life before Numa"

Pros

Numa has given us the ability to capture and start a dialogue with customers who call our salon when we aren't available to answer. We are also able to use the program around the clock through our mobile devices, which has brought our customer service to another level.

Cons

Hard to think of cons. Initial set up for automated replies took some time in the beginning, but was important to tailor to our needs.

Pros

This software allowed us to keep our doors open during the covid crisis. It’s incredibly user friendly and our customers love it! Customer service is exceptional and is easy for my employees to use. It’s the future of ordering for restaurants.

Cons

I honestly can’t find any issue with this program.

From the customer service to the product, it is amazing. During Covid and being closed for two months this program to help build our business

Pros

How easy it was to use and set up. Instead of hiring another employee, we set this program up to work for us! I love the automated responses and how it connects to Facebook

Cons

The only thing I would say I don’t like is the price when you want to have multiple users. It’s a little expensive per month

Pros

It free's up a ton of time for me... simple questions like are you open, do i need reservations, where are you located are answered for me.

Cons

some people dont understand what they are doing when Numa answers the phone... its still a little confusing to the customer

Handling higher volume of phone calls has made Numa a lifesaver!

Pros

Very easy to integrate and use--user friendly and increases overall productivity significantly due to communication mechanism of texting versus talking.

Cons

Very minimal technical issues--more of it has to do with issues of assigning calls to people and having an issue tracking that particular "inbox."

We can send and receive texts. We don’t miss clients while we’re closed. They can text and I can read their voicemails through my phone!

Cons

It’s not easy to type. Doesn’t suggest spell checks.
