I just hope I never need customer support for anything important. Pros What I like most about Uphold is that it's easy to use and a fast way to move money around from one account to another. Cons Uphold has a terrible customer support system. They only accept messages and it takes days to get a reply. Pros it's interface is minimalistic, easy to use, I found out about it while using Brave browser, they seem to be connected. The funding is also not as easy but again, this has changed over the last several years. So I'm going to say it's ok now. Pros This platform is one of the few that allows me to trade XRP and a few other coins that can't trade on other apps. Cons The onboarding process was brutal. I also had trouble funding my first trade. I felt like I jumped through hoops for weeks before I could buy my crypto. However that was years ago so I think they've changed since then. They also charged me fees for the alleged insufficiency. I called my bank and they said ALL my accounts were more than sufficient and nothing had ever been submitted. We tried getting Uphold on the line and no one answered. Their voicemail was very unprofessional as if it is for personal use. I left a message and never received a returned call. I then emailed them my complaint, #5304430 & #5304399. For some reason I received 2 emails so I responded to both. They responded back to #5304430 with the same lie despite my account never being insufficient and my willingness to submit proof or get my bank on the line. All my bank accounts have more than enough to cover the transaction and my bank said nothing was ever submitted. My bank also noted that I would have received something from them personally if such had occurred. They never responded as of the time of this review to Complaint #5304399. I responded back to their email reiterating my position, notifying them that they’d response was inaccurate and insufficient. I further requested a phone call from a person. I then immediately notified a friend I encouraged to try Upload with me at the same time. Now, they are having problems withdrawing their money!!! As a former Circuit Court Judge, I caution all to stay far away; and those affected like me to report this company and file a police report!!! Pros The easy of using the app and that’s all. In order to do this I had to verify my identity all good. But now they are asking me if I have changed my identity in the last few months and cannot serve me anymore. While I am still the same person I have always been. Pros I was forced to use them due to Brave browser rewards. I would have chosen any other business if I was given the choice. It has a large range of choices on crypto and is constantly adding new crypto projects to the market. Friendly UI. Its integration with Brave makes it possible to get easy crypto into my account by watching Brave ads. Cons The app sometimes can be laggy. The fees to exchange crypto to crypto can be really high depending on the kind of crypto to exchange. Pros Lo que mas me gusta es que a parte de poder hacer transacciones con muchas criptomonedas, también se puede hacer con varias monedas locales, y eso la convierte en una billetera muy versátil.Otro punto es destacar es su atención al cliente, que en lo personal es excelente, las pocas ocasiones que tuve problemas me lo han solucionado de una manera veloz.
