Excelente empresa, siempre atentos y con excelente servicio al cliente.

Pros

un software muy amigable, fácil de usar, adaptable a las necesidades de la empresa.

Cons

no se me hizo compleja la integración del sistema, y como comente en los pros, es muy adaptable, por lo que considero que es bueno para cubrir las necesidades de la organización

He tenido muy buena experiencia con Potentor desde el primer acercamiento, la implementación, el servicio y con la plataforma en si. Me ha ayudado mucho a desarrollar una estrategia de Talento Humano en la empresa y he visto que los usuarios también están contentos con la plataforma.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Potentor es que puedes llevar a cabo todo el proceso de evaluación de la empresa en una misma plataforma. Desde los exámenes psicométricos, el 360, hasta el clima laboral. El servicio que recibí cada vez que surgía una duda o quería implementar algo nuevo siempre fue excelente. La plataforma es amigable y con buen diseño. Los usuarios no batallaron en usarla.

Cons

Con el único aplicativo que batallé fue con el organigrama. Hacerlo un poco más fácil el uso al administrador porque sí tuve que acudir a la empresa siempre que quería hacer un cambio ahí o dar de alta/baja a alguien.

¡Muy buena!

Pros

Es un software amigable, muy flexible y cuya implementación es muy rápida, sobre todo en comparación con otros de la competencia

Cons

Carece del módulo de nómina (aunque se puede conectar por medio de Apis con otras plataformas que si lo tienen)
