Se me hace de sumo valor que envíe constantes avisos a los clientes en relación a sus facturas vencidas. Pros Lo que más me gusta es que el consultar nuestro catálogo de propiedades, así como de contratos de arrendamientos se engloba en un solo lugar que es de fácil búsqueda. El desarrollo e implementación del sistema de facturación en el cual también participé nos ahorro tiempo en recuperación de cartera y timbrado de facturas y complementos de pago. Cons Suelen haber algunos temas en el llenado de facturas, así como algunos conceptos que se tienen que dar de alta con el equipo desarrollador para poder facturar. Sin embargo, tengo el entendido que el equipo desarrollador del software atiende con bastante rapidez las solicitudes que se mandan para mejorar el programa. Pros Necesitaba un software para dar seguimiento a la adminstración de inmuebles en arrendamiento, específicamente para la facturación y control de cobranza. Inicié con un periodo de prueba y me gustó por la facilidad de uso y muy especialmente por el soporte técnico. La transición del software que utilizba anteriormente a este fue muy sencilla. Siempre han resuelto mis dudas e inquietudes rápida y correctamente. Debo decir que incluso han desarrollado módulos para realizar algunas funciones que he sugerido y que han hecho mas fácil su uso. Las funcionalidades que contiene son suficientes para lo que yo requiero. Pero además siempre están mejorando e incorporando nuevas. Cons Recientemente cambiaron de plataforma en la que estaba desarrollado el sistema y me ha costado un poco de trabajo adaptarme a esta nueva etapa aunque supuestamente me va a permitir tener un mejor control y nuevas funciones, ha habido algunos detalles con el cambio pero, como dije antes, el soporte técnico es excelente y rápido y pienso que es quizá lo mas valioso con lo que cuentan. Pros Lo que más me ha gustado del software es su facilidad de captura de gastos y como lo relaciona con el presupuesto asignado a cada inmueble y unidad. Cons Lo que menos me ha gustado de la plataforma, creo que es la manera de desplegar la información, siento que está un poco revuelta. Sin embargo una vez que te acostumbras a las vistas no tienes ningún problema. Pros Que su uso no requiera de mucha capacitación ya que es muy intuitivo, asi como su facilidad para generar Facturas en base a la configuración de los contratos es un plus que le ha gustado mucho a la empresa. Como TI nos agrada mucho su conectividad con otras plataformas para enlazar datos. Cons Que para eliminar un registro se tenga que aplicar eliminación de hijo por hijo para poder lograrlo, ayudaría mucho en tiempos el no tener que hacer eso.
