It is time efficient as creating meeting packs is easy. There is a good Knowledge hub where we can add different conversational topics dependent on the scheme requirements.

Pros

It is intuitive and easy to use. Whenever I do have any issues, the team at Knowa are more than happy to help and always respond quickly.

Cons

Knowa has issues when it comes to uploading documents that aren't a PDF meaning I have to convert all documents to PDF before I upload them into a meeting pack.

We use Knowa for document sharing, board management and meeting admin. It is very good and the system links well together. The trustees like the way things are laid out and its easy for them.

Pros

Customer support is very good (Thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\]), and the product is very customizable

Cons

Can be tricky uploading items as we have to go through your team. Would be good to be able to setup ourselves

Pros

Everything concerning governance is in one place, safe, protected and documented. The new AI feature is a remarkable addition.

Cons

UX could be improved: finding a colour or sign code to indicate action required.

Positive overall experience

Pros

One stop shop of audit Board decision making, meeting packs / minutes and filing. It been extremely affective at recording breaches in one place for the entire organisation and has enhance our compliance process exponentially.

Cons

More scheme specific KPI dashboards needed.Still quite a few touch points (only as good as how you use it and the data you put in).

Ease of access, simplicity of papers available via meeting stands . The search engine is sophisticated and works with phrases/ words and pulls out relevant material with needing to know what you’re looking for exactly.

Cons

Navigation was tricky to start with but Knowa supplied a short training event and we quickly got the hang of it.

We have a bespoke compliance dashboard which is very easy to use. Good quality training was provided and the Knowa team was on hand to help/support the implementation process. Knowa weekly notification messages are useful. New features can be and have been added very easily. Overall experience with Knowa has been very good

Cons

We are still in the early stages of use but none spring to mind.

Great to use, easy to track decisions and able to add meeting packs.

Pros

I like that I am able to track and add material/non material decisions. I am able to sort documents and add notes on to discussions.

Cons

Is there a way where you can delete an email off a conversation as I accidentally added an email to a Scheme discussion which was not relevant to that discussion.

Knowa is easy to use, simple and the help team are fantastic.

Pros

Knowa is easy to use and very user friendly. I particularly like the drag and drop function and ease of moving items around when creating meeting packs. The fact that you can also select people for particular items for viewing rather than all or nothing, is great.

Cons

Nothing, I'm a big fan of Knowa and prefer it over anything else we have used.

For the purposes of AAF reporting and invoice approval this has been a godsend.

Pros

This has made the invoice approval process so much easier for me having all the information in one place and being informed of when they have been approved.

Cons

The scroll bars at the side are too small (when inputting requests for decisions) and as there are 2 bars side by side it is easy to end up clicking off what you are trying to use and being asked if you are sure you want to cancel it.

Easy to use, navigate and publish packs for meetings. The team are always very happy to help, whether that be via email or jumping on a call to take you through any queries or issues.

Cons

Not a con as such, but I am unable to upload multiple documents at once, however that's probably an issue with me as the user rather than Knowa itself. Knowa are always looking to improve the system and keep users regularly updated on any new functionality that's been implemented.
