Después de un análisis exhaustivo y completo de soluciones, nos decantamos por Villanett, la implantación fue rápida y sencilla. Estamos muy contentos con el funcionamiento, ya que es estable y nos aporta constantemente nuevas funcionalidades. Su arquitectura de integración es muy inteligente y sencilla, prácticamente hemos resuelto nuestras necesidades back office con Villanett.

Pros

A diferencia de otras soluciones, Villanett ofrece toda la funcionalidad para administrar la PyME mexicana. Ofrece todas las funcionalidades de otros ERP para PyMEs. Ofrece un espacio de almacenamiento ilimitado y cubre todos los procesos comerciales, logísticos y contables.

Cons

El funcionamiento de la solución es sólo por navegador web.

Creo que es una gran plataforma, además el trato que recibes como cliente y usuario es muy bueno.

Pros

Es super sencillo y accesible, todo se encuentra muy facilmente y es eficiente.

Cons

De repente la parte del procesamiento de facturas e un poco tardado pero tampoco es anda grave.

Uno de los aspectos importantes que hemos trabajado es la gestión comercial, donde el acceso a los inventarios es vital poder visualizarlos desde cualquier lugar para así facilitar la captura y coordinación de los pedidos de los clientes. Estas funcionalidades ya son parte de los módulos principales del sistema y además se ahora se puede acceder fácilmente mediante su Aplicación Móvil. Destacar el manejo de sucursales de clientes, con productos y descuentos por producto o cliente todo muy configurable desde Villanett, que es un sistema modular bastante completo.

Pros

El ERP Villanett es una excelente solución desarrollada en la nube para pequeñas y medianas empresas que demandan un sistema flexible. Tiene un óptimo desempeño en los procesos comerciales, maneja miles de inventarios de productos con opción multi-moneda e impuestos. Permite facturar electrónicamente con el intercambio de documentos vía correo electrónico. Además, cuenta con un aplicativo móvil que puede trabajar sin conexión, que facilita la captura de pedidos en el campo. También representa una ventaja adicional el control de los inventarios y la posibilidad de manejar los descuentos a los clientes como se manejan en el sistema principal. En cuanto al soporte técnico cuentan con una muy buena atención y disponibilidad para atender cualquier problema que se presente. ¡En general el servicio que brindan es excelente!

Cons

El sistema no cuenta aún con la facturación electrónica de otros países, ya que está orientado a la contabilidad de México. Sería bueno que pudieran incorporar la facturación de otros países de la región.

Oddo, es una buena solución open source, pero necesitábamos una experiencia completa con soporte personalizado y enfocada a los procesos de negocio.

Muy buen ERP, que me ayudo a concentrar todos los procesos y archivos que realizaba en Excel y otros en un solo software y que me da la certeza de tener la información veraz a cualquier hora. Me facilito mi trabajo y me ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo.

Pros

La practicidad con la que tienes todos los módulos para llevar tu administración y contabilidad de tu empresa

Cons

De pronto te encuentras con temas que no los resuelves con el manual, pero lo puedes solucionar ya que siempre esta un asesor para hacerlo
