Very impressed, particularly with the amazing customer service. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is quick to respond, very helpful and nothing it too much trouble.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive software which pulls details directly from CIPC - a big time saver.

Cons

Inability to store/save details which are used repetitively such as directors/shareholders details and addresses.

I love the CIPC integration

Pros

Ease of use Simple Sleek and clean Awesome support

Cons

\* I would love to be able to create my own folders or rename folders \* It would be nice to upload a document and be reminded of its validity, e.g. Certified IDs with a reminder that I can set for every 3 months \* It would be nice if we upload resolutions that it auto number them when we upload in a system folder that we can rename Are you working on the COIDA, UIF integration

I love the feeling of knowing that all my most important company information is a few clicks away.

Pros

Info Docs is well structured and allows me to access my company information quickly and easily. The support team is also very professional and fast to resolve uncertainties. I also really like the company search functionality and the customized share certificates.

Cons

A help icon could be very helpful in cases when a user gets stuck .

Reason for choosing InfoDocs

Infodocs offered great personal support and that sealed the deal.

Can't use it, doesn't work. Would love to tho.

Pros

Sounds good, can't get it to work. Support pages look useful.

Cons

Can't add a new company In the "Account" tab, what looks like django template variables are shown eg: {{ account.account\_name }} Generally seems buggy?
