Working with EBN I have learned a lot about EDI implementation. It's a pleasure working with Mary. She is easy to talk to and is happy to answer our questions during our weekly calls. Also, the analysts working with us do a great job. They always keep us in the loop every step of the way which is very nice. Pros The product is easy to use. I really like the "open action items" tab because I am able to filter and see what is pending on me, the partner. This is very helpful because it eliminates time wasted on searching through each project to see what is needed from my end. All the transmission dashboard is helpful. Whenever a team member asks me about the status of a file feed, I always refer to that dashboard and it provides me with detailed information. Cons Overall I really like this software. It would be nice to get some type of notification for whenever a new action item is available for the partner. Review Source SM Stacie M. Having a dedicated rep is very helpful. We have a had three different reps over the years and they have all been top quality. Cons I do wish there were less issues with the file feeds. When there are issues it seems we do not have visibility as to what the issue is and are just waiting to hear back from an analyst. The typical response is a mapping issue but no much further than that. Why all of a sudden would a mapping issue come up and we are never given a why or how EBN will be proactive in the future to keep additional issues from occurring. Review Source RR Russell R. They are receptive to feedback which is helpful. Pros The automation of file generation has help tremendously Cons There are some gaps related to integrating our system to EBN. They understand data, the employer workplace, and retirement. This is a very unique combination matched by their extreme level of professionalism. Pros We have dedicated points of contact for our shared relationship with eBenefits Network. We are able to accommodated large scale movement of data mirrored with a human element to ensure the accurate application of that data. Their support team is always very helpful and responsive. Pros Software is easy to use. It has been improved a lot in the last couple of years and has been very easy to use and navigate Cons Major con was not being able to easily obtain copies of previous edi files. Pros This software allowed us to have much more time and increase client satisfaction since we no longer needed to worry about processing client data. The EDI feeds seemed to work seamlessly.
