"Easy to use at a reasonable price"
Overall: We were using a secure page of our website for board information. It was difficult to manage and keep secure. Easy Board really is simple to use and keep up to date. We also appreciate the very reasonable price and price transparency. It's made communicating with our board and keeping them up to date on meeting times much easier.
Pros: It's easy to set up and use. Our board members are not all tech-savvy, but they don't have to be. It creates a single calendar for our board and all committees Communication is easy Security is good for critical information
Cons: We've been happy. We requested multiple fields for roles. So, if your board secretary also chairs a committee you can't list both roles, but that can be done with a custom field.

Overall: 100% compliance/use by members. Because of the design, our Board adopted the platform without much trouble at all. I have recommended to other nonprofits seeking a simple, effective solution.
