Una pena, parecia buena idea. Pero a la hora de la verdad hasta hubo problemas con la gestoria porque ponia en cuestion la capacidad legal del modelo, ya que no te dan las facturas de gastos que hacen tus empleados, solo te dan un excel con unos numeros, lo cual no es justificación alguna en caso de inspección. Se le solicitó también esto y nada. Pros Todo parece ideal en la propaganda, pero luego en el panel de control solo puedes configurar 4 cosas. Me decanté por ellos en vez de otras alternativas porque parecia algo moderno y facil de usar, a la hora de la verdad no es así Cons No me gustó nada, he dejado de trabajar con ellos y el deposito que te dan un boton para recuperarlo y te dicen que no hay que meter mas dinero, que todo se coge de ahi, es mentira. Les he solicitado por activa y por pasiva que me den de baja del servicio y no hay manera. De hecho en la app no hay forma de darse de baja. Me di de baja cuando vi que de las tarjetas que me mandaron, me cobraban todos los meses pese a que 3 trabajadores habian sido incapaces de activarlas. Se les notifició y no se hizó nada, meses despues seguian sin poder usarlas, sin recibir respuesta de Cobee para darle solución y seguian cobrandolas mes tras mes. Cons Falta un poco de mejora en cuanto al producto en sí, customer support podría ser mejor.
