"Amazing HRIS Software"

**Overall:** Overall I've had a wonderful experience with Charthop

**Pros:** I loved all the different functionalities on the HRIS

**Cons:** Sometimes the system gets quite laggy. Hoping to get it fixed

"Great for hiring planning"

**Overall:** Overall, Charthop has been positive for our org.

**Pros:** It allows us to create a process for hire approval and management changes.

**Cons:** Changes are not the easiest if you don't know how to code.
