I complied with all requested requirements including adding legal name and registered address on the website, publishing all mandatory policy pages, and listing multiple genuinely different digital products. Despite this, the onboarding process involved repeated vague messages and unclear wording that led to unnecessary back and forth. After investing significant time making changes, my application was ultimately rejected under Line of Business rejection without a clear explanation or guidance. The issue was not rejection itself, but the lack of transparency and inefficient handling throughout the process. For individual sellers of legitimate digital products, this onboarding experience is discouraging and unpredictable. Pros Not a single thing. They are rude, disrespectful, time wasters, energy drainers, no ethics, just stalling the work. Cons Extremely unclear onboarding requirements, poor communication, repeated clarification requests, and eventual rejection without a clear actionable explanation.
